If you previously registered and were vetted and gained access to the General Discussion Forum do not register according to the Forum Registration information below.  You only need to go to the Home Page and Choose My Groups on your PC or Groups on your Mobile App (If it appears to have no groups look for Explore Groups) and Join the General Discussion Group.  The Vetting Team will verify and approve your access.  
You cannot participate in the Groups with a Screen Name.  You must submit under your Account or Document Name or your request for participation will be denied.

IF you have never been vetted and added to the forum please follow the instructions below.  When that process is completed the Vetting Team will request you join the Groups and approve you.

For first time Vetting Process follow the steps below:
To gain access to our private forum you will need to sign up as a member to this site.  To sign up for membership you will need your group submission name, your email on your submission documents, a screen name if you want one other than your submission name, your submission group intake leader and a password you will not forget.
 
Once you have registered as a member to our site you will need to submit your registration for vetting.

VETTING PROCESS:

Prepare an email with ONLY the information below:

SUBJECT LINE:  Your submission name (First name, Last Name) – Submission Group (Group can be Leader’s name and/or Location where you submitted)

EXAMPLE: John Smith (George’s Group)
                  Jim Shoe (Texas or Bishop)

Message in email:
1. First and Last name of submission
2. Email address on your submission

Once vetted you will be added to the private forum.

 

You will only be granted one account to the forum therefore if you try to add multiple accounts as a site member you will be removed from the forum in your entirety.

 

HUSBAND and WIFE with same email: Submission name should be names on submission with only one account.  Example: Jack and Jill Felldown
If you submitted at separate locations state both matching the names. 

ENTITIES:  Do not list your entity name.  The Vetting team will view YOUR NAME for vetting purposes. 
 
If you have a problem with your account, you are to submit your issue for resolution from your account email to the email address above with:
 

SUBJECT: Last name – Account Issue.

Do NOT send emails during the Vetting Process asking for confirmation your email was received, if you submitted to vetting correctly, or asking when you will be added to the forum, etc.  For security purposes there is a small Vetting Team.  Only properly submitted Requests for access to the Forum will be addressed initially.  Please be patient.

After you have thoroughly familiarized yourself with the Registration Process, to register as a site member go to the top registration bar and click on Subscribe – Log In.
