Once you have received all the due diligence materials you are then ready to complete your due diligence review. The materials you have requested will determine the processing you will need to complete.

 

The due diligence processing will be in part a verification and validation of company and management information. you will also review the business plan or real estate project to determine if what the project focus is can be achieved and if so in the time frame the project thinks it can achieve the project results you are investing in.

 

The evaluation process is investor specific and you should use and adapt over time what works best for you. We have attached a procedural document that outlines what we have used internally in the due diligence review process.
